1Balance Living is a brand of Sanskriti LLC, based in Sammamish, Washington.

We make herbal teas and tisanes built around the shape of a day. The support you want at seven in the morning isn't the support you want at ten at night, so we don't sell one blend and ask it to do everything. There are six, each made for a particular part of the day — from Flow, a caffeine-free fennel-and-mint tisane for the early morning, through Active, the one blend with caffeine, to Unwind and Menopause Support for the late evening.

The ingredients lean on botanicals that have been used this way for a long time — ashwagandha, holy basil, shatavari, chamomile, lavender — blended so they taste like something you'd actually want to drink. Every blend finishes on mint, which is deliberate: it's what makes a functional tea a pleasant one.

We believe that healthy food and healthy lifestyle are the key pillars supporting a healthy mind and body. Small, gentle, regular daily nudges in the right direction can help you stay in the healthy zone. This is not to say that healthcare, disease management and medication are unimportant or unnecessary - they have a role to play too. But we want to bring your focus back to the small things that probably matter more for daily health and wellness. And herbal teas are a wonderful, flavorful way to get started on this journey!
